Isn’t it amazing how quickly we attune to and accept new technology. Today I have been involved in two Zoom Meetings and it’s only 1.30pm. Each of these meetings would have taken at least twice the time if they had been face to face.

Our committee is great but by the time we greet each other, distribute coffee, and the baked goodies that one of the members always brings, almost thirty minutes has passed. Instead today the whole meeting took less time than that.

The AGM of our local Probus Club was at 1 pm. Normally the meeting is preceded by greeting friends, lunch and coffee before the meeting gets underway. Today it was simply the meeting and while we did miss out on catching up with friends and acquaintances, the…

Yesterday, well really, today at 2a.m. our clocks went forward into Daylight Savings Time.

Hmm not really representative of the subject at hand but too cute not to use.

Anyway, for a lot of reasons, I did not post yesterday but today JB will get us back on track.

Time change often seems to be quite disruptive for some. I actually find this is easier on my system/mind/psyche/whatev than the other way.

There is always lots of chatter about not changing at all and all the pros and cons there in. I was surprised to find out that one of our provinces, Saskatchewan changes the clocks only in some areas. I would be most interested in learning how that affects their daily lives.
